Extra Large Grounding Mat: Our Yoga Mat is made of durable, high quality SBR foam which is topped by a comfortable non slip conductive carbon. It is PVC-free, Latex-free, Odorless and Eco-friendly. It is also anti-skid. The mat measures 71 inches long by 24 inches wide and 1/4″ thick, which is the largest mat on the market and comes with a 15 foot grounding wire to connect to a grounded electrical outlet.
How Grounding Works: Grounding uses the earth’s natural energy to improve health and well-being. The earth carries a slightly negative electrical charge. When you come into direct contact with the earth, either by standing barefoot or using the mat, this charge is transferred to your body. In your body, these free electrons work as antioxidants which neutralize the harmful free radicals and helps you to realize many health benefits.
