Vitamin D Drops: Very few foods naturally contain vitamin D, and many D3 supplements are sourced from lanolin — the fat of lamb’s wool. Our unflavored D3 spray is made from non-GMO, vegan Lichen, and has the subtle taste of olive oil.
Mary Ruth Vitamin D: D3, or cholecalciferol, aids the body in absorbing Phosphorus and Calcium, supporting immune functions and bone health.
