Processing Time
Because most of our pieces are made by hand in small batches, orders are processed within 3–5 business days before they ship. Made-to-order ceramics and custom botanical arrangements may take 2–4 weeks; estimated dates appear on each product page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Domestic standard: 5–8 business days · calculated at checkout
- Domestic express: 2–3 business days · calculated at checkout
- International standard: 10–21 business days · calculated at checkout
- Free domestic shipping on orders over $150
All orders ship in recycled and recyclable packaging. Fragile items are wrapped in unbleached paper and cushioned with shredded kraft — no plastic, no styrofoam.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
Returns
We want you to love what arrives at your door. If something isn’t right, we accept returns under the following terms:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt
Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order and custom pieces
- Final sale items
- Dried botanical arrangements (fragility in transit)
- Candles that have been lit or used
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
