About us

Willow Wilde is a curated small-batch shop for dark botanicals, artisan ceramics, scented candles and unconventional home objects. Items are sourced, hand-finished or handmade, and photographed in-house.

Orders & payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping unless otherwise stated.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we confirm acceptance by email once payment clears.
We accept PayPal, major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and supported regional methods.
We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, mispriced, suspected of fraud, or for any reason we’ll explain to you.

Shipping & delivery

See our full Shipping & Returns page. In short: we ship from the US to US addresses, provide tracking, and most orders leave within 3 business days. Handmade items may take longer — we’ll note lead time on the product page when that applies.

Returns & refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Custom, personalised and sale items are final. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.

Product accuracy

We photograph every product ourselves and describe colour, dimensions and materials as honestly as we can. Natural materials (ceramic, wood, dried botanicals, soy wax) have subtle variations between pieces — this is part of the charm, not a defect.

Intellectual property

All site content — photography, descriptions, layout, brand marks — is the property of Willow Wilde. Please don’t republish, scrape or resell without written permission.

User conduct

Don’t post abusive content, submit fraudulent orders, or attempt to disrupt the site. We may block access at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. We’re not liable for indirect damages arising from product use or site outages. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Willow Wilde is registered. Disputes are resolved in good faith or via competent local courts.
