How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 3–5 business days from our studio. Domestic shipping arrives in 5–8 days. International orders take 10–21 days depending on customs. Because most pieces are made by hand in small batches, please allow a little extra time during winter and the holiday season.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Because each piece is hand-made, we ask that you inspect your order carefully on arrival. Made-to-order, custom, and final-sale items cannot be returned. The full policy lives on our Shipping & Returns page.
What materials do you use?
Stoneware and porcelain clay. Soy wax, beeswax, and natural essential oils. Foraged and preserved botanicals — eucalyptus, ruscus, dried roses, wheat, pampas. Raw linen, undyed cotton, hemp. Solid brass and recycled glass. We avoid plastics, synthetic fragrances, and anything that won’t return to the earth in time.
Are your products handmade?
Yes — nearly everything we sell is made by hand by small studios and individual artisans. Each piece bears the marks of its maker: a slight asymmetry in a vase, a thumbprint near the rim, the natural variation of dried stems. These are not flaws. They are the signature of slow craft.
How do you approach sustainability?
We work only with makers who use natural, renewable, or reclaimed materials. We ship in recycled and recyclable packaging — no plastic mailers, no styrofoam. We never overproduce; many of our editions are made to order. And we believe the most sustainable object is one you’ll keep for decades.
Can I commission a custom piece?
For ceramics and dried botanical arrangements, sometimes yes. Please write to us with what you have in mind — the size, the mood, the room it’s for — and we’ll let you know if we can pair you with one of our makers.
