- Information you provide. If you contact us or place an order, you may provide your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Orders and payments are processed through our website (willowwilde.com) and our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Information collected automatically. Basic, non-identifying technical data — such as app version, device type, and crash reports — may be collected to keep the App working and to improve it.

- To show you our shop and content inside the App.

The App is built with the Mobiroller app platform and distributed through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, each of which may process limited technical data under their own privacy policies. Payments and order fulfilment rely on our website and payment processor. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep order and contact information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at the address below.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
